Important information before installation.
When does the 7-day free trial start?
The trial starts for an eligible new account after the required device and Agent eligibility checks are completed. Trial availability and remaining time are displayed in the dashboard.
What must be connected before running the installer?
The intended shop printer should be connected to the Windows PC and powered on. The PC must also have a working internet connection.
What happens when more than one printer is installed?
Choose the exact shop printer during installation or from User Settings. When only one compatible printer is available, setup may select it automatically.
Why does setup open the selected printer’s Printing Preferences?
That one-time screen lets the shop save A4, A5 and A6 with the correct paper type and Best/High quality. After the profiles are saved, the AutoPrint Agent matches the correct saved profile to each new order’s paper size automatically.
Which payment mode should a Standard account use?
Cash on Counter should remain the default for Standard accounts. Online payment is available only for accounts and gateways that have been approved and enabled.
How long are uploaded files kept on the server?
Uploaded server files are temporary and are automatically deleted through the scheduled system within one hour after upload.
