This Privacy Policy applies to the SK CSC Auto Print Service website, shop dashboard, customer QR upload pages, smart print editor, payment workflow, order tracking pages and Windows Print Agent.

By registering, uploading a file, submitting a print order or operating a connected shop account, users acknowledge the data practices explained on this page.

03

How information is used

Why the service processes information
  • Create and manage registered shop accounts.
  • Generate print previews and calculate estimated print charges.
  • Process online-payment and cash-on-counter print orders.
  • Send approved print jobs to the selected shop's authenticated Print Agent.
  • Display live agent, printer, queue and order status.
  • Investigate failed jobs, errors, disputes and security incidents.
  • Maintain non-file transaction and operational records where reasonably required.
04

Uploaded documents and images

Temporary processing of customer files

Customer files are uploaded only to create the requested preview, calculate print output and deliver the selected file to the registered shop responsible for printing.

  • Uploaded files are not intentionally published or shown in a public document list.
  • The file may be visible to the customer, the selected shop and the Print Agent because access is required to complete the print order.
  • Files may include PDFs, photographs, ID-card images and other supported document formats.
  • Customers should upload only the information required for their requested print job.
  • Unlawful files, malware, stolen documents or content the customer is not authorised to print must not be uploaded.
05

Automatic deletion within one hour

Short-term server file retention

Uploaded documents, photographs and ID images are temporarily stored on the platform server. A scheduled automatic process removes uploaded server files within one hour after upload.

  • The deletion process applies to the uploaded physical file stored on the service server.
  • File previews may stop working after the original file has been automatically deleted.
  • Order ID, amount, page count, print mode, transaction reference and order status may remain stored without the uploaded file.
  • Non-file records may be retained for accounting, support, security, fraud prevention and order-history purposes.
  • Secured system backups may temporarily contain older copies until the normal backup-rotation process removes them.
One-hour privacy protection:
Our automated cron process regularly checks uploaded files and removes files that have passed the one-hour retention period.
06

Print Agent and shop-computer access

How files reach the shop printer

The authenticated Windows Print Agent may download the active print job assigned to the connected shop. The agent uses the downloaded file to send the requested output to the selected printer.

  • Agent access is linked to the registered Shop ID and authorised agent credentials.
  • The agent should receive only the print jobs assigned to its connected shop.
  • A temporary local file may be created on the shop computer while downloading and printing.
  • Windows or the printer may also create temporary print spool files.
  • The platform's one-hour server deletion does not by itself delete local copies created on the shop computer.
Shop owners must configure the Print Agent to remove downloaded local files after printing and must protect the connected computer from unauthorised access.
07

Payment information

Online and cash-on-counter orders

Customers may be offered online payment or cash-on-counter, depending on the shop's selected settings.

  • We may store the payment amount, payment mode, payment status, gateway name and transaction reference.
  • Complete UPI PINs, OTPs, card PINs or internet-banking passwords must never be submitted to the platform.
  • Online payment processing may be handled by a separate payment provider under that provider's privacy and security terms.
  • Cash-on-counter orders may be marked for payment or confirmation at the selected shop.
08

Information sharing

Limited service-related access

We do not sell uploaded files or personal account information. Information may be shared only where required to provide the service or comply with a valid legal requirement.

  • With the registered shop selected to complete the print order.
  • With hosting, payment and technical service providers supporting the platform.
  • With authorised administrators when investigating errors, disputes or security incidents.
  • With lawful authorities where disclosure is required under an applicable legal process.
09

Security measures

How information is protected
  • Account passwords are stored using secure password hashing rather than readable plain text.
  • Protected dashboard functions require an authenticated user session.
  • Print Agent requests use Shop ID and agent authentication controls.
  • HTTPS should be used to encrypt data transmitted between the customer, server and Print Agent.
  • Heartbeat, access and error logs may be reviewed to detect abnormal or unauthorised activity.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. Customers and shop owners must also protect passwords, devices, agent credentials and printed output.
10

User privacy requests

Correction, deletion and account requests

Subject to reasonable identity verification, users may contact us to request:

  • Correction of inaccurate registered account information.
  • Review of personal information linked to their account.
  • Closure of an eligible registered shop account.
  • Deletion of eligible information that is no longer required.
  • Investigation of a privacy, security or unauthorised access complaint.

Uploaded files are normally removed automatically within one hour, so a deleted file may no longer be available when a later request is received.

11

Shop-owner responsibilities

Protection of local files and printed output
  • Keep account passwords, agent keys, database credentials and payment secrets private.
  • Prevent unauthorised people from accessing the dashboard or shop computer.
  • Remove unnecessary downloaded files from the shop computer after printing.
  • Protect printer-spool files and completed physical documents.
  • Give printed documents only to the correct customer or authorised recipient.
  • Report suspected account or agent compromise as soon as possible.
12

Changes to this policy

Updates to service privacy practices

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the automatic deletion process, Print Agent, payment workflow, security controls or service features change.

The latest version will be displayed on this page with an updated revision date.

13
